Who are we ?

Test Your Limit is devoted to the development and growth of the young adults within our community. We create a structural path through bootcamps & personal development coaching, which in return improves the quality of life for each individual. Through our services each person develops skills that will assist them in achieving their personal and professional goals during our trainings and coaching sessions.

We believe that the combination of outdoor sports and excellent personal development coaching can be a key formula for the growth and good development of our youths. Test Your Limit strives to bring forward the best version of each individual, in a healthy and controlled way.

Bootcamp Training

Our bootcamp trainings are a full-body workout that consists of interval, routine and strength training which is suitable for both men and women. We take into consideration the level and experience of all our clients. therefore our program consist of a level for both beginners and advance. No matter the level a person has, together we are building a team while building your body.

Presonal development coaching

We provide personal development coaching for young adults, which is focused on increasing each individual’s self-awareness, and creating a personal brand that will assist them in their future career path. We aims to help each individual find a balance within their lives, and the motivation needed to become the best version of themselves.

A bootcamp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pull ups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.

  10. Better hormone regulation – Numerous studies have shown that being outdoors increases circulating levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is strongly linked to mood. Outdoor training therefore helps to promote a more stable mood profile.

It is important to wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. Be sure to have good running shoes. It is also useful to wear functional clothing, such as a t-shirt with a thin layer depending on the weather.

We work with 2 different training levels. A beginner and advanced level of training. 

BEGINNERS

If you have never trained before but want to start, our beginner training is definitely an artery.  our specified trainers will guide you during the training. Here the focus is on the basics, you will discover how you deal with your body and how you build your fitness and stamina.

ADVANCED 

Are you already advanced in your sport and do you want to take it to the next level? Then this is the level for you to start. For 45 minutes you test your limits through various hiit/power workouts and challenges. Consistency always leads to excellence, keep that in mind and you will see great results.

Bootcamp workouts are certainly great for improving overall strength and conditioning. This type of high-intensity aerobic interval training also burns more calories in less time compared with moderate aerobic activities.

the beginners bootcamp takes 60 minutes and starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down. as mentioned earlier, here the focus is on the basics and during the exercises attention is paid to the execution

the advanced bootcamp takes 45 minutes and starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down

You can register via the registration page. fill in your personal details. register with the instructor at the location for your first training. he guides you through the training. you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. from that moment on you are welcome to all bootcamp training

All subscription types have a 1 month cancellation period before your subscription expires. After the official term, the contracts continue tacitly.

OUR LOCATION

Our bootcamp trainings are mainly done within the centre of Haarlem at Frederiks Park. We believe that this is an amazing location for hosting our bootcamp trainings. Our clients can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding while escaping from all distractions and enjoy their training session to the fullest.

Are you not located close to our main training ground?

We are extremely flexible with the locations where we train our clients. We do understand time is of the essence, and therefore we are willing to organise a different location that is more convenient for you.
